Reformer - Signature Class

Our signature class and the heart of Pilates House Studio. This athletic-paced, creative workout will be full body using the reformer. Other equipment and props like the Exo chair, Magic Circle, booty bands and weights can be used for added challenge. You’ll leave feeling aligned, supported, and maybe a little shaky in the best way. Our instructors are Pilates masterminds (it’s why we love them!) at programming flows with options to modify or turn up the heat - so every body and level feels right at home in this class.

bASICS - FOUNDATION class

New to Pilates? This slower-paced class is designed to help you get to know the reformer and explore key principles like form, alignment, and breath. You will learn how to confidently modify and progress exercises for your body while building strength, awareness, and control - setting you up to join our Reformer Flow with ease.

It’s our basics class, with a sneaky burn that’ll have you coming back for more.

Jump - Cardio Class

Our cardio-forward class that gets your heart rate up while keeping things low-impact. Using the jump board (a padded board that replaces the foot bar), your instructor will move you through athletic, full-body sequences while lying on your back or side -- cardio while laying down?! say no more :)

With strategic spring resistance, Jump Class is gentle on the joints but big on sweat. Expect high energy, minimal rest, and a challenge everyone can feel at their own pace.

*Note - For safety and the experience for you and everyone in class, if you are new to Pilates we ask that you take a few Reformer Flow classes before joining Jump. Familiarity with the equipment and Pilates fundamentals is required for this high-energy class.

R&R - Stretch class

Slow things down with our stretch class. Blend gentle strength work, deep stretching, and restorative breathwork to move with greater ease and comfort. Using the resistance and support of the Pilates reformer, we focus on improving flexibility, releasing muscle tension, and increasing spinal articulation. Props like foam rollers, mats, and the squishy ball may also be used to enhance mobility throughout the class.
