Studio policies

    • All clients are expected to follow the rules of Pilates House Studio LLC to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.

    • All clients are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow clients with respect in accordance with the Kindness Policy; failure to follow this policy may result in removal from class or termination of membership at the discretion of Pilates House Studio LLC.

    • Clients are expected to clean, handle, and return all props and equipment properly to ensure safety and longevity of the studio’s resources.

    • Mobile devices must be silenced and put away during class.

  • Clients must wear grip socks during class at all times, which is a safety requirement and non-negotiable. Clients without grip socks cannot participate in class. A community bin of clean socks is available during class; if the bin is empty, clients must purchase a pair to participate.

  • If a class reaches capacity, clients may join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, clients will be automatically added to the class in waitlist order, up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients added from the waitlist will be notified by text/email, and all late cancel and no-show policies will apply. If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid applicable fees. Waitlist status can be monitored through your client account. The waitlist will close 12 hours prior to class; after that time, clients may check for openings directly. If you are not moved from the waitlist into the class, your credit will automatically be returned to your account within 5 minutes after the class ends.

  • Clients must cancel at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time of a class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in the loss of the class credit and a $10 late cancellation fee. Failure to attend a reserved class (“no-show”) will result in the loss of the class credit plus a $15 no-show fee. No-show status and associated fees will be applied if attendance is not confirmed within 24 hours after the scheduled class time.

  • Guest passes granted through membership benefits must be used within the month they are issued. Unused guest passes do not roll over to the following month, and expiration dates will not be extended. Guest passes are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies as regular classes. Members are responsible for any fees if their guest cancels late or does not attend. All guests must complete a Liability Waiver before participating in any classes.

  • All payments for memberships, packages, classes, merchandise, or other products or services offered by Pilates House Studio LLC are non-refundable, including any fees or charges for past or current months. Credits or adjustments may only be applied as outlined in the Freeze/Hold Policy, Waitlist Policy, or at the discretion of Pilates House Studio LLC.

  • All memberships may be placed on hold for up to 8 weeks per freeze, with a maximum of 2 freezes per calendar year. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance via email to hello@pilateshousestudio.com. Membership fees will not be charged during the freeze period. Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable and remain valid through the end of that month. Only one freeze may be in effect at a time.

  • Clients must arrive on time, as doors will lock 10 minutes after class starts, and late arrivals will not be admitted. This policy is for safety, as missing the first ten minutes may result in missing essential warm-up exercises and important instructions. Any client arriving after the doors have locked will be considered a no-show, and applicable class and fee policies will be enforced.

  • If you need to cancel your Auto Pay Membership for any reason, a 1 week notice request prior to your charge date must be sent by email to: hello@pilateshousestudio.com.
